I have worked professionally in software development for around 15 years. My focus is on backend systems, APIs, integrations, databases and the continued development of existing applications.

Throughout my career I have worked on a range of production systems and applications. This includes both new development and software that has been in use for years and requires continuous development.
An important part of my work is understanding existing systems quickly, assessing technical problems and implementing changes that fit the existing architecture and production environment.
I work independently, make technical decisions at senior level and coordinate directly with clients, development teams and other project stakeholders.
My work frequently involves backend development, APIs, interfaces, databases, web applications and the gradual modernisation of established software.
